On July 1, 2021 adults 21 and older will legally be allowed to possess up to an ounce of marijuana. Owning more than an ounce up to a pound is a civil offense with a $25 fine. But outside of medical dispensaries, it is illegal to sell marijuana until 2024. So many questions. So much confusion. So much you need to know before you legally smoke weed.
