Know What You Are FOR! 👀

Today's episode is a discussion between Martevious Young and I in response to a talk from Jeff Henderson about KNOWING what you are FOR! Here are some of the high points: Too much of the world knows exactly what they are against but have no idea what they are FOR. Great leaders get up every day to work to be FOR their team. They don't "go" to the top but they "grow" to the top. There are two kinds of people... there are HOW people and WOW people.  Failure is actually just a learning opportunity that can catapult you forward. Turn your tragedy into a tradition!  Companies used to be in the business of telling customers what they are about and what they are for... but now the customers tell the story to the world of what a company is really about.
