KNOW WHEN TO SPEAK

Sometimes you have to work hard to keep your silence because your mind is racing and you want to respond or share, but you realize it is all about timing, it is rude to try and speak before the other party has completed their transaction. Do not interrupt unless it is vital to you getting the point, but listen and listen again; show that you are fully engaged, and then they will appreciate your response more; just learn to speak at the right time to continue the flow and influence true connection with your transaction.
