Welcome to episode #41. In the spirit of seeking truth and sharing knowledge, I discovered something interesting about search engines. I share what I found out in this episode. I'm not a "sage from the stage." I'm more of a "guide from the side" and that is how I think of myself. 

"Know THY search engine!" What kind of faith do you place in your search engine when you are doing searches for things? What are your expectations? 

In this episode I discuss different search engines. Are you aware that there are other search engine options besides simply using Google? Two other search engine options are Duck Duck Go and Bing. 

In my attempt to respect the value of your time, I would summarize this episode by saying, "Should your search engine provide you some sort of prophylactic protection" by functioning as a type of "cyber nanny" that doesn't permit you to see ALL of the information. Instead this "cyber nanny" search engine decides what is best for you and pre-filters information, allegedly "for your own good!"

Science, when it is not controlled by money/politics is also about seeking the truth. Science is supposed to be "an ever evolving knowledge base." I fee the same way about my approach to life. 

News/media is also supposed to be about seeking truth. That should the overriding principle. Instead of having media that wants to tell you what they think, you should think about the news! 

Use the power of your internet connection to find ways to monetize your ideas and use the power of your internet connection to do your own research. But what would be your reaction if I told you that your search engine is not giving you unbiased/objective search results? 

Check out KDP which stands for Kindle Direct Publishing if you want to create an E-book and then sell it online. 

We all have challenges that stand before us in life. Our decision is always how are we going to react to those challenges. And what do you believe each day? Do you remind yourself each day that achieving your dreams IS possible? If you don't, then why don't you? I'm speaking about what is your daily mindset?
