It is about knowing Jesus, walking in obedience, and learning to love as He loved. Ultimately, John reminds us that Christian obedience is not about earning God's favour. It is about responding to God's grace. The evidence that we know Jesus is not perfection, but a life increasingly shaped by His love. Jesus is the Word of Life who calls us into the Light so that we can love God and love others.
