Knowing how to get out of an investment is important

Making an investment is relatively easy and the bankers and other financial advisors will make this easy for you, because they want you to invest your money with them.  But before you make any investment, make sure you know how to get out of that investment and are very clear what is required in case you want to liquidate and encash your investment.   Sometimes that is more important than making the invsement.
