After years of perfecting her love for food, Chef Kim took the big leap in the height of COVID in 2020 and established Kim Kooks, a mobile catering and personal chef experience brand. Her multifaceted hospitality brick and mortar at Kim Kooks includes a weekday cafe, catering kitchen and intimate event space that prides itself on curating memorable dining experiences around "Kultural Komfort Food" from all cultures.
