Why are women less likely to apply for a job when we don't meet 100% of the criteria, or less likely to ask for a payrise in comparison to men? Why don't we feel comfortable speaking up and demanding to be treated the way we deserve? Often it has something to do with lacking the ability to honour our worth, or, failing to know our worth in the first instance. In this episode, we talk about ways that we can let ourselves down when it comes to knowing and respecting our worth, but also how we can be more empowered to act and move in a way which prioritises our self-worth.
