My special guest Kalvin Brooks will share tips about  exercise and wellness. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with 22 combined years of experience in the health, nutrition, fitness, body building, and coaching industry. I’ve previously owned 3 gyms and currently is a full time virtual and in-person Personal Trainer under my business Not Normal Fitness, INC. I am currently a Certification Trainer Instructor through I.F.T.A., International Fitness Trainers of America. Throughout my health and fitness career my passion is to train and mentor clients of all ages and help lead them to live a healthier lifestyle. However being the owner of Pound 4 Pound 4 Kids Fitness and Not Normal Fitness AAU Track Team is one of my greatest accomplishments. I’ve dedicated both programs to target the elimination of childhood obesity and help build self-esteem and character. My goal is to share with the world that age does not define the body nor mind. Staying active, fit and healthy is the key.
