One of the consequences of living in a litigious society is the immediate impulse of searching for a lawyer to discuss the possibility of suing when a disability issue occurs. As a lawyer, I thank you for your desire to help me pay my bills, but as an advocate, a law suit should be the last recourse you seek. Litigation can be expensive, time consuming, and not guaranteed to go in your favor. What does that leave you with then?
