Knowledge@ASB: Connection or Intrusion?

Is your smart phone an invaluable communication device or a dogged reminder of incessant responsibilities? A research project on the impact of smart phone use has revealed three specific user types as well as a raft of positive and negative behavioural and lifestyle outcomes. Most importantly, it has flagged the need for guidelines and strong management of smart phone behaviours with clear boundaries.
