here’s a high price to pay when bosses behave badly. Many stressed out leaders came to the fore during the global financial crisis, shifting the focus away from models of positive leadership to an exploration of the negative flipside. Of course, a boss doesn’t always shout or engage in more insidious behaviours in isolation. Often there’s a pecking order, say researchers at the Australian School of Business. Next step?
