Nick recently published a book we discussed called Fit For Success on why some people succeed in their goals, and others do not. It was a fascinating conversation I'm sure you will get a lot out of. Nick is the Founder and CEO of Renaissance Periodization, a diet and fitness company founded on evidence-based practices to help our members achieve their health, athletic performance and physique goals.
