Peace talks to try to end the war in Ukraine go no where today. Russian and Ukrainian officials met in Turkey but couldn't agree on much. Vice President Kamala Harris is in Poland where she's embracing calls for an international war crimes investigation of Russia over its invasion and the bombing of civilians. We go In Depth again into the war. We also hear from a man who lives in Kyiv. He says he knows people who've left to escape the war but says he's staying to help his country in any way he can. The House passed a spending bill with a military and humanitarian aid package rolled inside. We look into what the U.S. is doing on the military side to help Ukraine and push back Russia. Officials in Russia say their economy is hurting right now. We explore how sanctions and the departure of big corporations are taking their toll. Shifting from the war, LA history will be made at the end of this month. The city is getting its first female fire chief.
