Koa Peat’s Late First Round Potential

Koa Peat, Arizona’s big freshman phenom, is sticking around for the 2026 NBA Draft—despite the buzz—and with mock drafts projecting him late first-round, teams like the Knicks, Lakers, Spurs, Nuggets, and Sixers are circling. Boasting elite athleticism and strength from his football-rooted family, Peat averages 14 points and 5 rebounds, though his shooting needs polish. His physicality makes him a perfect fit for the Spurs’ Wembanyama pairing or the Nuggets’ Jokic defense. Even if he slips from top-10 hype, landing in the late first could be a sweet spot for growth. The draft’s big man is heating up—and the league’s front offices are watching. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
