Van alle soorten koffiebonen ter wereld zijn er slechts twee geschikt voor het maken van koffie: Arabica en Robusta. Het geboorteland van koffie is Ethiopië. En de duurste koffie komt uit Indonesië: de Kopi Loewak. Vooral omdat de bonen van die koffie komen uit de stoelgang van de civetkat. Melanie Nunes heeft roots in Jamaïca en is Belgisch Barista Kampioen geweest.
