In Rechnungsübersicht, die auch gesetzliche Krankenkasse auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung stellen, tauche regelmäßig nach Arztbesuchen die Position "Notfalldatensatz" auf. Er habe nie die Zustimmung dafür gegeben, dass solch ein Datensatz angelegt werde. Der Hörer will nun wissen, ob das ok sei. Für das Nachrichtenradio MDR Aktuell bin ich der Frage nachgegangen.
