Kopanang Africa Against Xenophobia pens Open Letter to the Acting Minister of Police, Firoz Cachalia

Kopanang Africa Against Xenophobia wrote an open letter to the acting Minister of Police, Firoz Cachalia, welcoming the Minister’s recent affirmation that immigration enforce- ment is exclusively a function of the State as well as his public rejection of vigilantism. The organisation also set out a number of concerns that they believe need the Minister’s urgent attention.
