Kora meets Talkingdrum

Layba Diawara as a guest in Percussieschool Bracumba. This is a first impression of the several musical magical moments he created. More movies to come. This is a short improvisation with Layba on the beautiful Kora and me (Johan Aben) on talking drum. It is our second time for us to meet, but our first time to meet each other musically. I felt it as an honor and great pleasure to be part of the magic that Layba creates with his Kora. And I feel blessed that very special people like Layba find their way to our place.
