After watching Forks over Knives, Kory Zelickson decided he wanted to change to a vegan diet. He started simply by eliminating meat, moved onto fish, and then finally dairy. His transition took him about 10 years to completely change to a vegan diet. He is proof that where there is a will, there is a way. Kory is an entrepreneur, investor, vegan, and CEO of Vejii Inc. Kory's latest venture, shopvejii.com is putting his passion to life. Shopvejii.com is an online marketplace making vegan certified products more widely accessible.
