Kouri Richins had a surprise ruling in her case. The Presiding Judge Denied Request for In-person Voir Dire and Jury Selection even thought the Trial Judge allowed the motion. Her defense will most likely appeal, but will this be rectified by the time it goes to trial in May 2025? Unsealed Search Warrant also revealed that Kouri Richins asked her handy man for fentanyl.
