Kristin Henning tells us about a memorable culinary experience she enjoyed in Jerez. It was a meal at La Carbona, the restaurant made famous by renowned Spanish chef, Javier Munoz. Kris wanted to see what had earned Jerez the title of Spain’s Gastronomy Capital 2026.
