"Ide ma rozdrapiť. Robil som na tom celý týždeň a stále je niečo zlé!" Typické reakcie. Je to normálne. Ale na kritiku sa treba pozrieť aj so sebareflexiou, s kľudom a rozvahou. Ako vedúci máš zachovať chladnú hlavu, aj pri takýchto situáciách. Kritiku treba vedieť vypočuť, zvážiť až tak reagovať. To všetko si dáme v nemčine, pomaly, zreteľne, s krátkym DIALÓGOM, ako by to mohlo v praxi fungovať a s DEUTSCH-TO-GO - slovíčkami - frázami na zapamätanie. Žiadne biflenie, len sa započúvaj :)
