Sestra Nikolina ji je svetovala, naj naredi bolj mehko testo. Naj vzhaja dvakrat ali celo trikrat. Doda naj še malo tekočine in maščobe. Vsekakor naj pazi, da testo ne bo pretrdo, da ne bo prišel pregost kruh, ki se potem drobi.
