KRZYSZTOF POWAŁKA Rocznik 85', w latach 2005 – 2010 student Akademii Sztuk Pięknych. W 2011 otrzymał nagrodę publiczności w konkursie Nagroda Młodych Projektów 967arte w hiszpańskiej Castilla La Mancha. Został też zakwalifikowany do międzynarodowego konkursu zorganizowanego przez Królewska Katalońska Akademia Sztuk Pięknych Św. Jerzego – Barcelona 2013. Razem z bratem Michałem tworzy rodzinną Galerię Powałka. Ich obrazy zajęły II i III miejsce w międzynarodowym konkursie „American Art Awards” w USA. Wykonany wspólnie obraz „Próba sił” zdobył drugie miejsce w głównej kategorii, a pierwsze miejsce zajęli Chińczycy, trzecie, czwarte i piąte również. Kiedy nie maluje ćwiczy capoeirę, albo wyrusza do Hiszpanii nad ocean posurfować 🙂
