KSDK Names New News Director | St. Louis News

KSDK’s new news director, Denisha Thomas, brings a decade of top-tier local TV experience to St. Louis — and she’s ready to shake things up. Set to start August 6th, Thomas will lead the entire newsroom, including investigative and digital teams, with a mission to deliver powerful, community-focused stories. Her background at Scripps in Michigan and New Hampshire proves she knows how to run a high-performing news operation. Plus, she’s thrilled to join a station with deep roots in broadcast history — once home to Edward R. Murrow. This leadership change comes alongside the retirement of longtime anchor Mike Bush, signaling a new chapter for KSDK.
