Before he returned to Hawaii, him and his family moved to Mississippi for an extended period of time. They experienced a culture shock, and it was a great learning experience for them. We talk about our ghost chili pepper adventures, starting a Hawaii catering business in the states, how people in the mainland don't know how to eat spam, the differences between a "mushubi" and a "musubi," and much more.
