夔龙形佩，为战国时期文物，长7.4厘米，宽3.8厘米。这件玉器是典型的战国龙，器扁平片状。雕刻有神韵的杏核眼、扬起的鬣鬃，身上有飞翼，身下抵住一足；全身扭曲成S形，躯干阴刻花蕾纹，两侧有长短不等的云形勾卷，分别与角、足和尾相连。现收藏于中国国家博物馆。
