Kush Queen’s Olivia Alexander creates the first skincare product with THC

From her start as a bud-tender in 2006, to currently running a multi-million dollar company, Olivia Alexander is truly the “boss babe” of Cannabis. Last year, Olivia launched a beauty product for makeup that turned the industry on its head: the KINGDM Cosmetics THC Primer. The product is the world’s first-ever psychoactive makeup product. It went on to earn the 2019 Beauty Innovator Award for Makeup from Refinery29. Olivia created proprietary formulas for this product and in 2020, expanded her foothold in beauty to include a THC enhanced Foto Setting Spray.  We talk about how and why she created a hemp wellness brand with a line of revolutionary THC and CBD infused products and how she sees an opportunity with cannabis, not just to improve lives, but to improve the world.
