If your New Year's resolutions have fallen by the wayside - don’t worry. You are in good company. The statistics vary, but about 38 percent of people have dropped their New Year’s resolutions after a month. Halfway through the year, about 54 percent of people have ditched them. Junice and Rock Rockman are Central Texas life and relationship coaches. They are certified by an International Coaching Federation-accredited program. And they encourage people to ditch those resolutions. The Rockmans told KUT's Jennifer Stayton recently they believe there are more effective ways to make positive changes in our lives that are not motivated by just the flip of a calendar page.
