Sometimes you trip over obstacles you make yourself, sometimes over obstacles other people make for you. Sometimes the obstacles are things you're just born with. In December 2017, Kuvaal Patel told the story obstacles from all three categories, and how he overcame them and proved everybody wrong. From Kuvaal's Odyssey bio: Kuvaal Patel is a student at the University of Arizona. Born in Chicago, Kuvaal moved to Las Vegas with his parents before leaving at the age of 11 to attend boarding school un upstate New York. He just turned 20, and is graduating in his 3rd year at University. Kuvaal works as a Field Sales Manager for Vector Marketing, and plans to move to Los Angeles, California after graduation to pursue a career in modeling and acting. His first role in film came in September 2017 where we starred in as a feature in STORM, he is on IMDb.com with a credit. He enjoys spending time with his puppies, running, and eating. This story was performed and recorded in front of a live audience at the YWCA in Tucson, AZ, on December 7th, 2017, and was curated by Jen Nowicki Clark.
