Kyler Smith Dr. Kyler Smith is the Senior Pastor of the historic Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. A native of Oklahoma, he earned a B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from John Brown University, an M.Div. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and both a Th.M. and Ph.D. in Preaching from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Smith has served churches in North Carolina, Arkansas, and Oklahoma, as well as on the Board of Trustees for Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and the Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina. He is committed to Christ-centered preaching and shepherding the church to make disciples and live on mission. Dr. Smith and his wife, Lauren, have two children, Eliza and Levi.
