Kymberli Speight

Kymberli Speight is an author, speaker, executive coach, and professional trainer. Currently, she serves as the president-elect for NSA-Austin and teaches executive transition courses for the USAF. Kymberli is an Air Force Academy graduate. She has jumped out of planes, soloed in a plane, and purchased 36 F-15E fighter jets when she was in the Air Force. In Feb. of 2020, Kymberli released her new book: I Need To Know You: How to Meet Ordinary, Extraordinary People and Improve Your Life which is about a challenge she took to meet 100 people in 100 days. She is still in touch with around 70 of those individuals 2 years later and now speaks on relationship building, which is key in our professional lives. Kymberli has been blessed with the opportunity to have lived in so many wonderful places as far north and east as Maine, as far south as Texas, and also as far west as Hawaii and Okinawa, Japan. She has had the privilege to have met wonderful people everywhere and understands the importance and power of building solid-mutually beneficial relationships.
