La Casa Nueva

from ssl4you Learn Spanish · host teresa sanchez

The New House Alter solving tons of problems I’m already living in my new house. I’ve been living here for two weeks so everything is still untidy. The pictures are still on the floor, I’ve only placed the carpets because I don’t like rooms without them, but there are still a lot of things in the boxes. I’m waiting for my friend Esther. I’ll show the house both of you at the same time. Teresa: Hello Esther, come in. I was waiting for you Esther: Hello Teresa Teresa: I’ll put the coffee on Esther: Hey, this house is very big. There are two floors. Teresa: Yes, come here. This is the kitchen and here is the garden, here on the right it’s the dinning room and a toilet and this door leads to the garage. Esther: And, upstairs? Teresa: Let’s go upstairs. There are three bedrooms, a study and a bathroom. Esther: The house is big and seems comfortable you will live very well here Teresa: Have a look if you want. I’m going to serve the coffee. Esther: Do you know what I like the most? Teresa: No, what is it? Esther: You have no neighbours near and you can listen to music loudly, you can even dance Teresa: And do you know what the biggest disadvantage is? Esther: Has it got any? Teresa: I have to keep going up and down the stairs. Esther: That is not a problem, you can get fit Teresa: Do I need it? Esther: No, of course not. I was teasing you.
