No tiene ningún sentido que la fiscal general del Estado se inmiscuya en las decisiones técnicas de un fiscal durante un juicio. Es, simplemente, escandaloso. Peramato se ha confundido en su papel, porque no es la fiscal general del Gobierno. No es lo que establece nuestra Constitución e, incluso, los constituyentes decidieron que el Ministerio Fiscal estuviera dentro del Poder Judicial. Hubiera podido ser diferente, pero fue una decisión acertada, coherente e impecable. Peramato es una fiel sanchista. Me parece mal, pero es su problema.
