El temor a Rusia ha llevado también al Reino Unido a anunciar la construcción de hasta 12 nuevos submarinos de ataque, invertirá 15.000 millones de libras en su programa de ojivas nucleares y prepara al ejército para un eventual conflicto armado. No hubo sorpresas y la alemana Annalena Baerbock, ministra de Asuntos Exteriores de Olaf Scholz, ha sido elegida presidenta de la Asamblea General de la ONU. Será la quinta mujer en presidir este organismo y eso que el cargo se renueva cada año.
