La Jolla Apartment Fire, Oceanside Scam Alert, Chula Vista Development

A lithium-ion battery explosion caused a fire in an apartment building in La Jolla early Thursday morning on La Jolla Blvd. The City of Oceanside is warning people to look out for a new scam, where people are posing as water agency workers.
