La Jolla Beached Whale, FEMA Flood Assistance, Vote Centers

An investigation is underway into what caused the death of a 24 foot gray whale in La Jolla earlier this week. FEMA representatives are in San Diego today assisting homeowners who were impacted by last month's flooding. 39 vote centers across San Diego county are open today from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
