La Jolla Stabbing Suspect, $10K Reward, State Farm Insurance Rates

We have new details involving a La Jolla man who drove his car into the San Diego Bay not long before stabbing a woman in her hotel room. A Serra Mesa gas station owner is taking matter into his own hands, now offering a reward to catch two suspected burglars. State Farm is once again looking to raise their rates for customers statewide.
