LA LLORONA – The Terrifying Ghostly Weeping Woman

This week we dive into the legend of La Llorona, the “weeping Woman”. While it is a folklore widely present in Mexico, her legend has migrated to other Central and South American countries, as well as the American Southwest. She eerily calls to children to follow her into her dark watery grave and is a haunting specter of doom and sorrow. Is she ghost, phantasm, or a dark entity?
