La masacre del Aro: el más grave expediente contra Uribe

Alvaro Uribe, quien fue recientemente condenado por los delitos de fraude procesal y soborno a un funcionario público. Enfrenta otros procesos judiciales relacionados con graves violaciones a los Derechos Humanos, actualmente en manos de la Fiscalía. Entre ellos se encuentran el caso de la masacre de Ituango (1996-1997) y el asesinato del defensor de derechos humanos Jesús María Valle en 1998. Estos hechos ocurrieron durante el periodo en que Uribe se desempeñaba como gobernador de Antioquia, y la justicia ha vinculado su nombre a dichas violaciones debido a su posible responsabilidad o conocimiento de la participación de grupos paramilitares en esos crímenes.
