Mais est-ce vraiment fait pour tout le monde ?Oui, la science montre des bénéfices réels, notamment avec les programmes de type MBSR : meilleure régulation émotionnelle, baisse du stress perçu, attention renforcée. Mais — et c’est essentiel — ce n’est pas un outil universel.Certaines personnes peuvent vivre l’inverse de l’effet recherché : montée d’angoisse, souvenirs intrusifs, sensation de perte de repères. Des études publiées dans Clinical Psychological Science rappellent que des effets indésirables existent, même s’ils restent minoritaires.Les personnes ayant vécu des traumatismes, une dépression majeure ou des troubles anxieux sévères doivent pratiquer dans un cadre adapté, accompagnées si possible. Méditer 30 minutes immobile quand on est submergé peut être contre-productif.Bonne nouvelle : il n’y a pas qu’une seule façon de méditer.
