PREPARACIÓN DEL PONENTE Cualquiera que sea la razón por la que un profesional debe hablar en público, antes de hacerlo debe asegurarse de: • Conocer suficientemente el tema • Tener suficiente tiempo para prepararlo • Disponer del adecuado soporte audiovisual • Validar que el tema sea apropiado para los oyentes El ponente debe juzgar y sopesar una propuesta antes de aceptarla, so pena de que el halago que le supone el ser invitado, pueda hacerle perder el sentido de su propia realidad o de la realidad a la que le proponen enfrentarse.
