C'est un moment flou, souvent douloureux, où tu te demandes : « Putain, mais qu’est-ce que je suis en train de faire de ma vie ? ».Pour moi, il a fallu un second infarctus à 50 ans pour que mon corps me hurle la vérité : « Tu vis à côté de toi-même. Et si tu continues, tu crèves ». Savoir que quelque chose ne va pas (la compréhension intellectuelle) ne suffit pas ; il faut le ressentir viscéralement, passer de la tête au cœur. Tant que tu es dans le déni, ce mécanisme de défense te détruit à long terme, te laissant coincé dans tes schémas.La prise de conscience est le début de ton enquête intérieure.
