La Valse du Diable

The waltz of the devil. That is how I feel about the attacks on Paris and on the rest of the world this last week. I have been to France twice and I love it so very much. I have very fond memories of Paris and an emotional connection to it. I have created this hour-long mix of French music from 1936-59. There are very sad ballads, deep and moody Parisian jazz and haunting vocals. Here the traditional mixes with songs in English, about Paris. The atmosphere seems to convey the despair and tragedy.
