Including a healthy food recipe to try along with talks about music and a Drunken story time.RecipeCauliflower steak with creamy mushroom sauce.1 head of cauliflower160z mushrooms sliced4 cloves of garlic1 onionYour choice of herbsHalf n halfVegetable brothOlive oilGarlic powderOnion powderSmoked paprikaPepper.I eyeballed the measurements soooo lol.Cut the cauliflower into nice size pieces removing the stem area. Brush all sides with olive oil and season both side. Bake about 15 to 20 mins depending on the oven. While it is baking, start the sauce.Heat olive oil in pan add garlic cook until tenderish, add onion, cook til translucent, and add mushrooms until tender, then add broth, herbs, season as desired, add flour as needed to thinken, add half n half. Bring to boil, and then simmer.Remove cauliflower, place over a bed of spinach or mashed potatoes pour sauce over the top amd enjoy 😉.
