LAB-19-Unorganized Motorcycle Guys (UMG's) VS. SUV Driver Assault Incident in NYC

We weigh in on this incident with our opinions and experience. We try to dig deep into the incident while looking at all sides. This is the most fair and balanced podcast on this incident that you will find. This was a large group of unorganized motorcycle guys (UMG's) and one of them pulled in front of the SUV and suddenly slowed. The SUV driver, who had his wife and child with him, then lightly struck the rear of the UMG that pulled in front of him. The whole freeway shut down and the massive group of UMG's stopped in front of the SUV driver and his family. Preliminary information shows that the SUV driver feared for his safety from the UMG's and had no escape route. The SUV driver sped forward, running over one of the UMG's, and continued away on the freeway. That UMG is now paralyzed. The UMG's then chased down the SUV driver and his family, whom finally got caught up in traffic and had to stop. The UMG's then aggressively smashed out his window, pulled him out of the SUV, and beat him. Information is that an off duty under cover Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) was also involved in the incident. The driver of the SUV has been criminally charged with nothing, but several of the UMG's have been criminally charged. The story is still unfolding and we here at LAB will continue to cover it.
