Labels and a place for everything

Send us Fan MailBack for another week and we have Joey, Dahlia and Simon starting a conversation on labels - are they useful, what do they mean to us and should we use them? We also have the usual conversation as we wander through what we think of labels and as a result of some off recording conversation decided we should explore this further.
