In our society titles matter, they create status.  In this episode I discuss the importance of looking beyond titles and learning from the individual.  A title should never diminish  us from asking questions and questioning.  Challenge! A title does not make one superior to the other.  Look beyond the labels absorb information.  Share your perspectives and value, regardless of title or perceived status.  You don't know who is a hero until you need one.  Greatness is hidden in the shadows of life. timothymahar.org
