LABI Says Louisiana Must Continue Legal Reform Efforts to Lower Insurance Costs

Shelby Dunbar of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry discussed the state's legal reform efforts following the 2026 legislative session. She highlighted several priority bills that failed to pass, including proposals on damage caps, expert witness transparency, and third-party litigation financing.
